GENERAL INFORMATION
At Graphicks, we take the made-to-order approach. Our products are not pre-made nor do we carry physical inventory – EVERYTHING is created on-demand. Your item is carefully crafted ONLY when an order is received. Graphicks functions as a print-on-demand company, which just means that all of our products are unique and produced only once an order is placed.
PRINTING METHOD
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing method is used for most garments and/or textiles. This is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified ink jet technology. The three key requirements for a DTG printer are a way to hold the garment in a fixed position, an inkjet print head, and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly by the print head, and are absorbed by the garment/textile’s fibers.
NOTE: For most DTG or POD (Print on Demand) products, there is a slight tolerance for print placement, meaning that there will be minor variations in the placement of the print, and as such will not be considered as defects.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because of the nature of our business and how our items are produced, Returns and Exchanges will NOT be accepted for the following: wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
To initiate a Return/Exchange you may use any of the order status emails received from: customer@trackorder.site – or you may use our Help page to reach out to us and we can assist. Within the Order Status Page from trackorder.site, your order details will be available along with an itemized list of each product purchased – next to each item there is a Leave a review button – after clicking on this, you can either leave a positive review or let us know that you had some sort of issue > Use any of the smiley faces that depict a negative response and you will be given an opportunity to describe your issue.
ACCEPTED RETURNS
In the case of a Damaged Product or a Manufacturing error/defect, Graphicks offers a free reprint or a refund if we are contacted within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using the “Help / Contact Us” form, provide your order number, along with a clear photo showing the issue. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
NOTE
Please note that Graphicks will NOT be held responsible and will NOT offer a reprint or a refund if a customer ordered a wrong size, a wrong color, or had a change of mind. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, we can either offer a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a clear photo (or video) showing the issue.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, and it has been longer than expected, please check your bank account again to verify.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will do what we can to assist
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@graphicks.com – so we may assist.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Once a return has been authorized, our support system will provide any necessary details to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
